Processing tea on an organic farm in Laos. It was smoky, and steamy, and the end product was incredible. Industry in Laos is developing; many businesses rely on tourism to get money, building little by little as people trickle through. This was part of a huge coffee and tea cooperative, where growers consolidated their harvests and sold them under a single brand.
