It’s true that you are what you eat, but it goes beyond that.  Each of us is the sum of what we consume – food and drink, sure, but also what we breathe, what we listen to, what we read, what we see.  We are what we think and with whom we spend time.  We are a sum of our experiences; and if what we are is what we consume, doesn’t it make sense to make sure that we ensure we consume the best that we can get?
